Bolt, nut, screw and fastener manufacturers, as well as forging units, located in and around Faridabad send us their finished bolts, nuts, screws, studs and washers as job work, and we return them coated, tested, and ready for your OEM customers — under ISO 9001:2015 controlled processes, DIN 267 aligned. Coating terms, quantities and turnaround are agreed case-by-case, and transport to/from our facility is arranged by the customer.

How Job-Work Coating Works
You Send Your Bolts, Nuts & Screws
If your unit is located in or around Faridabad, arrange transport of your finished, uncoated bolts, nuts, screws, studs or washers to our HSIIDC Sector-31 facility, along with your coating and torque specification.
We Apply the Coating
Microencapsulated threadlocking, nylon patch, or thread sealing coating is applied using our semi-automatic coating machines under controlled, ISO 9001:2015 processes.
In-House Quality Check
Every batch is verified through our torque testing, heat aging, and dimensional checks before dispatch — consistent with DIN 267.
Coated Parts Returned
Coated, tested bolts, nuts, screws, studs and washers are ready for collection, as per the delivery arrangement agreed with you, so you can supply onward to your OEM customer.
